Logo Design for a Surface Design Studio
I was commissioned to redesign Tobe Fonseca's signature logo for his studio.
Tobias (Tobe/Toby) Fonseca is a brazilian designer and illustrator currently leading a team at his own studio which is responsible for market research, concept development, and illustration. They work for global clients such as Amazon, Threadless, GAP, Urban Outfitters, Hot Topic, Society6, and Shirt.Woot to name a few.
To carry the essence of his signature logo through I've decided on a single weight custom script logo that has the fluidness of the original while improving readability and application.
Since his logo signs every piece the studio creates, it is important that the new one works with the designs and not disputes attention with them.
